1. Overview
At Slixoranfrexae, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds for products purchased through our website.
As a consumer in the European Union, you have certain statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by this policy.
2. Right of Withdrawal
2.1 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
2.2 How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement. You can:

You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Eligible for Return
Products are eligible for return if they are:
- Unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- In the same condition as when you received them
- Returned within the 14-day withdrawal period
3.2 Not Eligible for Return
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products with broken seals
- Products that have been damaged due to improper handling by the customer
This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive regarding sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
3.3 Extended Return Period
Beyond the statutory 14-day period, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products as a gesture of goodwill. Products returned between day 15 and day 30 must be completely unopened with all seals intact.
4. Return Process
4.1 Contact Us First
Before returning any product, please contact us at helpdesk@slixoranfrexae.world to initiate the return process. We will provide you with:
- A return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- The return address
4.2 Packaging Requirements
When returning products:
- Use adequate protective packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Include your return authorization number inside the package
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
4.3 Return Shipping Costs
For returns within the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the products are defective or not as described.
If you received free shipping on your original order and you return the entire order, we may deduct the standard shipping cost from your refund.
Where required by law, we will also refund the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered to you.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
5.1 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at helpdesk@slixoranfrexae.world with:
- Your order number
- Description of the defect
- Photos of the defect (if applicable)
We will arrange for the return or replacement of defective products at no cost to you.
5.2 Incorrect Products
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
5.3 Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please:
- Document the damage with photos
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets our return conditions:
- We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Your bank may take additional time to process the refund (typically 5-10 business days)
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
6.2 Refund Amount
You will receive a refund of the full amount paid for the product, excluding:
- Original shipping costs (unless the product was defective or incorrect)
- Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
6.3 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Products not in their original condition or missing parts
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please:
- Return your original purchase following this policy
- Place a new order for the desired product
8. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. In Sweden and the EU, consumers have legal rights regarding faulty goods, which include:
- Right to repair or replacement of defective goods
- Right to price reduction or refund if repair or replacement is not possible

These rights include protections under applicable Swedish consumer legislation, including rules on distance contracts and consumer purchases.
